WHAT DE BRUYNE & HAALAND SAID
When asked who's the best-dressed player at City, De Bruyne stated: "I feel like it's an internal battle."
Haaland retorted by saying: "I think in my opinion, I should be up there."
The scene then cuts to a dressing room montage where De Bruyne is filmed having a go at Haaland: "It's not just because it's a brand that it looks good (pointing at Haaland's Dolce & Gabbana jacket)."
Haaland asked: "You don't like it?"
De Bruyne replied: "I don't say that. I just say…". But the midfielder was cut short and Haaland continued: "Sounds a bit like that in your tone."
In the documentary, Haalnd added: "Kevin, I don't know why he spoke to me because, honestly, his clothes are not good."
De Bruyne took a cue from his comment and explained: "I have got no time. I need to wake up at 5:30 am and I have three kids to take to school. I pick whatever is on top of the pile and is comfortable."
Despite their jesting, De Bruyne emphasised that his wife's approval matters most to him. He humorously added, "I'm comfortable, I am happy. My wife is happy I guess. Well, she buys most of the stuff anyway so I'm good with that."
